Design innovative products that offer real added value.

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the development and refinement of our products. You will identify customer needs, analyse market trends and translate these into a clear product strategy. Working alongside interdisciplinary teams, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle – from the initial idea through to a successful market launch. With your strategic thinking and hands-on approach, you will create solutions that delight our customers and enable long-term business success.

Your responsibilities

Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing international customer needs
Translating customer requirements into innovative yet intuitive software solutions
Defining the product vision and roadmap for software portfolio
Developing global market launch strategies, including product positioning and go-to-market planning
Developing a consistent and differentiated product strategy for our software portfolio
Managing the product lifecycle of existing and newly launched software products
Writing and maintaining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prioritizing and managing the product backlog in close alignment with Product Owner
Conducting product validation and usability testing during product development
Close internal collaboration with research, development, quality management, sales, and marketing
Acting as the central point of contact and advocate for your software products across all stakeholders

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Biomedical Enginerring, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field; a clinical background is a plus
Professional experience in product management or sales, ideally in the field of neurological rehabilitation
Proven ability to translate complex clinical or technical requirements into clear, user-centered software solutions
Genuine interest in cross-functional collaboration — working closely with customers, therapists, developers, and commercial teams energizes you
Willingness to travel moderately (20–30%), including international visits to partners and clients
Excellent written and spoken English and German;
Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions
A hands-on, results-oriented mindset
High level of initiative, curiosity, and the ability to quickly get up to speed in a complex, regulated environment
