Business Development Manager (USA)(m/f/d) - Be part of the Tyro-Spirit

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for Tyromotion’s innovative portfolio of robotic and sensor-based solutions for neurorehabilitation. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, particularly how provider networks are structured and how decisions are made across clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
  • Execute business development initiatives targeting hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and outpatient therapy networks
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, physicians, clinic directors, and administrative leaders
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of provider networks, including large health systems, regional hospital groups, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and how these structures influence technology adoption
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across multi-site organizations, understanding the roles of clinical champions, operations leaders, and procurement teams
  • Manage sales activities including pipeline development, and coordination with internal clinical and area sales managers
  • Partner with marketing and clinical teams to effectively communicate product value in real-world care delivery settings
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Proactively engage existing customers to promote and maintain extended warranty coverage, ensuring continued system performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term account value

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; business degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics a plus
  • Ability to leverage DaaS platforms for lead generation, account targeting, and market intelligence; experience with tools such as ZoomInfo is a strong advantage
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including different care settings (acute, post-acute, outpatient) and how they are connected
  • Experience interacting with clinical stakeholders and navigating multi-layered organizations preferred
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and convince people at all levels
  • Efficient and organized approach when working from home office
