Are you passionate about bringing innovative medical technology products from concept to market? In this responsible role, you will actively shape development projects and contribute to cutting-edge technological solutions in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

Lead medical technology development projects from concept through to product launch
Independently plan, manage, and coordinate projects with a focus on electronics and mechanical engineering
Ensure technical implementation in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
Define and specify product requirements in cooperation with Product Management
Support and manage regulatory and compliance processes for global medical device approvals
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, reporting directly to the Head of Development

Your Profile

Completed technical degree (university or university of applied sciences), e.g. in electronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, telematics, robotics, or biomedical engineering
Several years of experience as a technical project manager
Strong knowledge in electronics and mechanical engineering, ideally with experience in drive systems, measurement, and control engineering
Experience working with external manufacturing partners and suppliers
Familiarity with standards and regulatory processes (ideally in medical technology)
Team-oriented and communicative personality with a structured and solution-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic development environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
