To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated specialist to support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP product master data. If you work in a structured way, enjoy improving processes, and have experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment, we look forward to your application.

Your Responsibilities

Creation, update, and continuous maintenance of product master data in SAP, including classifications, planning and plant data, warehouse management information — ensuring consistent master data across the entire company
Optimization, enhancement, and documentation of master data processes
Support in improving planning strategies, production workflows, and material flow processes
Close collaboration with R&D, purchasing, production management, and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement

Your Profile

Completed commercial or technical education
Understanding of end-to-end processes in purchasing, planning, production scheduling, and manufacturing
Experience in a manufacturing company (work preparation, SCM, EWM, logistics, purchasing, or production planning)
Confident use of MS Excel
Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA master data (MM & PP), MRP concepts, and production control
Excellent German and good English skills
Strong attention to detail and high quality awareness
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
Structured, independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
