In this role, you will work alongside our sales and service team to enable customer success through providing pre- and post-sales support.

Your responsibiltities

  • Conduct Clinical Application Training for customers across the United States
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clinical inquiries and collaborating with Product Management, Development, Research, and Marketing teams
  • Establish, manage, and further develop customer relationships with new and existing customers
  • Assisting sales colleagues with product demonstrations and presentations
  • Active participation in conferences and customer workshops
  • Content creation for Virtual Webinars and in-person user group events

Your Profile

  • Graduate degree in Occupational or Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 5 years work experience, with 2+ years in neurorehabilitation
  • Advanced rehabilitation technology experience necessary, clinical experience with Tyromotion devices is desirable
  • Inspiring and goal-oriented personality
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and convince people at all levels
  • Willingness to travel extensively: 50-75% travel required
  • Must be located near a major international airport, East Coast preferred
  • Efficient and organized approach when working from home office
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
