With us, you will shape the global perception of a company that helps people regain independence after severe neurological events such as strokes—through innovative robotics- and computer-assisted therapy solutions.

As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of our international marketing strategy and further develop marketing into a key driver of company growth.

You will report directly to the President Sales & Marketing and work closely with him and the management team to actively shape the strategic development of our international business.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the global marketing strategy and develop a clear positioning of our brand in international markets
You translate company goals into scalable marketing initiatives across the entire funnel
You continuously evolve marketing into a growth engine—with a strong focus on impact and measurability
You lead and develop the marketing team as well as external partners and agencies
You drive the advancement of our digital marketing ecosystem (performance, content, SEO/SEA, social media)
You are responsible for go-to-market strategies for new products and markets
You collaborate closely with sales and product management to ensure strong alignment of all commercial activities
You manage budgets, define KPIs, and establish a data-driven marketing approach

Your Profile

Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in a leadership role (Head of / Lead) in an international environment
Proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong ability to connect strategy with operational execution
Experience in building and leading teams and working with international stakeholders
Solid expertise in digital marketing and a good understanding of modern growth mechanisms
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
Confident presence, clear communication, and strong decision-making skills
Fluent English (business level)
