Area Sales Manager Germany (m/w/d) - Be part of the Tyro-Spirit

In this role, you will take responsibility for the successful sales of our innovative medical and rehabilitation technologies in Germany. You will combine strategic territory development with active customer management – from small practices to large hospital chains – and play a key role in driving the sustainable growth of our company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for actively selling our innovative medical and rehabilitation technologies in Germany

  • Strategically build and expand a clearly structured sales territory with a focus on sustainable growth

  • Establish, manage, and further develop customer relationships in the clinical, rehabilitation, and therapy sectors – ranging from small practices to large hospital chains

  • Professionally approach and support a variety of stakeholders (e.g., therapists, physicians, purchasing departments, administration, management)

  • Independently generate leads and build a solid sales funnel

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, negotiations, and contract closings

  • Leverage and expand existing customer structures while proactively developing new sales approaches

  • Monitor market and competition trends to identify new business opportunities

  • Closely collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Application, and Product Management to ensure successful market penetration

Your Profile

  • Degree in therapy, sports science, medical technology, or a comparable qualification with sales experience

  • Alternatively: proven sales professional with strong field sales experience – even without prior rehabilitation industry knowledge, but with strong interest in medical and therapeutic applications

  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales, ideally in healthcare or comparable markets

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset: ability to independently develop a territory and build long-term customer relationships

  • High level of self-motivation, self-organization, and enthusiasm for exploring new approaches to sales

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and convince people at all levels

  • Willingness to travel extensively and ability to efficiently organize work from a home office

  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

  • Insight into an exciting and diverse work environment
