You are the central point of contact within the company and our friendly face to the outside world. To ensure that colleagues and visitors can always reach you, you work fixed hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 12:30.

With appropriate qualifications and around five years of professional experience, we offer a gross annual salary starting at €42,600 – with willingness to pay more depending on experience and skills.

Your responsibilities include:

Recording and managing invoices, delivery notes, and orders
Administration and settlement of petty cash expenses (e.g., hospitality costs)
Friendly reception and support of visitors
Switchboard operation and handling of incoming/outgoing mail
Reporting to Statistics Austria
Communication with the property management
Administration of our vehicle fleet
Ordering of office supplies and consumables
Administrative support for the team

Your Profile:

Practical experience in invoice processing
At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an administrative or assistant role
Structured and independent way of working
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident handling of MS Office
Friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent German and good English skills
