New tyroS Features: Smart Innovations for More Motivation, Safety & Therapy Success

tyroS – Software that Redefines Therapy

tyroS is our central therapy software and the core of many Tyromotion devices such as Amadeo, Diego, Pablo, Tymo, Myro, Omego, and Lexo. It combines motor, sensory, and cognitive training with gamification, biofeedback, and intuitive operation. The result: modern robotic therapy that is not only more effective, but also more motivating – for both patients and therapists.

With the latest update, tyroS introduces new features that make training even more engaging, safer, and more targeted.

1. Heart Rate Monitoring – Safety & Personalization

New for Lexo and Omego: Heart rate is now tracked in real time via a HR sensor. This allows therapy intensity and workload to be adapted to the individual’s target range – whether the goal is endurance improvement, activation, or controlled cardiovascular training.

➡️ Result: Personalized outcomes and higher patient motivation.

2. Lexo – Auditory Cueing for Improved Gait Rhythm

With the new auditory cueing feature, Lexo now supports patients in improving their walking rhythm.

  • Rhythmic tones assist with step coordination and timing
  • Customizable sounds and intervals for individualized training

➡️ Helps patients gain confidence in their movement and supports progress in gait rehabilitation.

3. Lexo – Optimized Reporting & Real-Time Feedback

After each Lexo Walk session, detailed parameters such as step length, cadence, distance, or weight shift are now available.

  • Progress is now presented more transparently and measurably
  • Real-time feedback supports active weight shifting and step initiation

➡️ Patients can see their progress in a clear report, while therapists can tailor and guide the training with precision.

4. Amadeo – Playful Therapy with New Games

For our finger-hand rehabilitation device Amadeo, tyroS introduces two brand-new therapy games:

🎈 Birthday Balloon Game

  • Trains grip strength and hand mobility
  • ADL-based training for functional relevance
  • Supports controlled movement and endurance
  • Increases motivation through play

🖐️ Amadeo Says

  • Memory-based game combining motor and cognitive training
  • Improves hand-eye coordination
  • Enhances fine motor skills and finger differentiation

➡️ Both games increase the fun factor while ensuring effective and functional training.
